Dept. Head images (if no image is uploaded for the Admin. Dept. itself).  Any images previously uploaded will NOT be effected by this change.

    The news article attachment image (thumbnail) will display in the CMS, a bug was also corrected in which it would display a ”Remove existing image” checkbox  even if an image didn’t exist.   Some minor layout changes occurred as well, giving more text editor space when adding sub-headers and content to the news article.
